Bundling powers and connecting the dots
Code050 has recently celebrated its second anniversary, marking a journey shaped by the collaboration of three freelance friends. Recognizing the role strategy plays in business success, I prioritized refining the company's strategic direction and establishing a robust framework for the future. Through close collaboration with management, we crafted an online strategy and marketing plans aimed at attracting new customers into our portfolio.

Striving for a standarized approach
By bundling multiple projects, we moved into a new method to standardize the procedures and guidelines, improving internal and external communication with an asynchronous focus and a centralized source of truth via Atlassian Jira tools. Embracing the contemporary motto of "Think long, Deploy early, Deliver often," we aimed for a dynamic and iterative approach to our workflow.
